My Internet / WiFi was sporadically failing, sometimes hourly. AT&T found a problem by phone diagnostics and wanted to charge $99 fir a technician to come out. In looking at my router more carefully, I saw the cable was bent and frayed with wires exposed where it went into the wall outlet and router box. I began looking for a replacement cable on Amazon and it took me about 30 minutes to find a couple of solutions and read the comment because i didn’t know what I was doing. One customer said to get the RJ11 cable and after reading the specs i decided to try it. Worst case I return it for a refund. IT WORKS!! I unplugged the old messed up cable, plugged the RJ11 in and I now have a stable (and fast) Internet / WiFi connection .. no more issues with streaming movies freezing; or slow connections. I am super happy; for a for a fraction of AT&T technician, Amazon to the rescue!
