This sorry looking McLaren 650S Spider is one of the first examples of the newest McLaren supercar to end up in a crash. The driver of the 650S Spider was traveling on a highway in Austria just south of the capital Vienna and lost control in what appears to be wet conditions. The car then crashed into a guardrail and ended up losing most of its front end. Fortunately the driver made it out with only minor injuries. It’s not clear if the 650S is repairable but the damage is severe. Any chance of repairing the car will likely depend on whether its carbon fiber tub is in sound condition...

Dodge has just announced a round of updates for its 2015 Viper SRT but the updates alone aren’t likely to see the sales performance of the all-American supercar change for the better.
