The King Koopa Nerite snails were as described, alive and in good shape. The shipping was quick, taking about 48 hours. I would recommend this seller, with a few details taken into mind. First, the heating pack shipped with the snails was cold and only lasted for 40 hours, and shipping time was 48 hours. I don't know when it was activated so I don't know when it stopped. Second, there was only about a tablespoon of water with these aquatic snails, so they could have dried out.

Seller was very prompt and professional. The eggs were packaged nicely and were shipped in a timely manner. The issue was the post office made mistakes and lost the eggs for a few days in freezing weather. This feedback is entirely due to the post office not doing their job correctly. The $100 insurance from the package was not nearly enough to cover the cost of the eggs that showed up frozen.

Eggs arrived packaged nicely and intact (photo taken AFTER I unwrapped each egg). Seller answered questions about this order rapidly and were very helpful. Shipping timing kinda sucked, due to post office issues they always deliver the day after item is expected, so got it a day later than expected -not in the seller’s control.
