Bulb arrived on-time. And was immediately added to aquarium in the correct manner but the bulb began to rot in a day. Contacted the seller before leaving bad feedback and received no reply

Thank you for your feedback. As advised this is a bulb that needs to be grown on for leaves and roots to appear. Unfortunately the bulbs do not grow instantly and need time to acclimatise, they do not achieve maximum growth in 24 hours as the customer expected. We have responded to all messages received from the customer, advising this on several occasions.
