UPDATE (May 24, 2018): While our wedding invites never came, Kat Von D did recently reveal what her and fiancé Leafer Sayer's wedding favor lipstick looks like on her Instagram. She posted a video of the glittery black shade called En Vida Y En Muerte (aww). Von D wrote: "How amazing is my @katvondbeauty team?! They made us our very own WEDDING LIPSTICK!! This one-of-a-kind black lipstick with large flecks of gold glitter will not be for sale - and instead will be given to each of our guests that are attending our wedding as a keepsake from @prayers and me. 🖤 Thank you @katvondbeauty family for making this for us! If you look at her Instagram story today, she even swatched the shade, which looks so gorgeously goth.
Unfortunately, drool-worth though it may be, unless you actually attend the wedding you won't be able to get this on your lips. Who knows, maybe Von D will release it in an upcoming Kat Von D Beauty bridal collection? Honestly, that sounds like the kind of wedding I'd love to attend so I really hope it happens.

Kat Von D is a cosmetics queen, so it makes sense that her husband would be a king. While celebrating the 10-year anniversary of her makeup line, the tattoo artist and makeup mogul shared that her new husband, Leafer Seyer, is a willing lipstick model. "Unlike myself, Leafar has the most perfectly symmetrical lips and has been gracious enough to let me use him as a lip swatch model!," she told HelloGiggles. "Which isn’t a far stretch considering he wears lipstick anyway." And, speaking of lipstick, the new couple has the most creative idea for a wedding favor to give guests at their upcoming ceremony: a custom shade. "Leafar had the genius idea of creating a lipstick that we designed together to give away at our upcoming wedding ceremony for our friends and family," Kat said.
Kat and Seyer tied the knot one week after getting engaged, in February. "Today, I married my soul’s mate, my mind’s twin, my best friend,” Von D captioned a photo holding her new husband's hand, showing off their matching silver bands and black nail polish. The 36-year-old is also expecting a baby boy, but revealed that she has not changed her beauty routine while pregnant. "Ha! One would think it might change," she told HelloGiggles, "but turns out I’m still enjoying wearing just as much makeup as I always have!"
While it seems that only those closest to the couple will get their special matrimony lipstick, Kat also spilled on some upcoming new products. "We will be launching an entire eyeliner collection that is going to revolutionize eyeliner, including the most bulletproof matte liquid eyeliner in an array of colors. All vegan of course," she revealed. "Also, a new mascara formula, two new foundation formulas, as well as the long-awaited Lolita palette." If we can't get an invite to the ceremony, at least we can all rejoice in a new Kat Von D eyeliner.
