• Automattic is supposedly going to add an opt out option.
• Automattic did not respond to a question from 404 Media about whether it could guarantee that people who opt out will have their data deleted retroactively.

So... I will no longer be posting snippets of my work on Tumblr, nor un-glazed images. While I'm aware that all my books are likely already included in scraped training sets, as these training sets are known to use pirate sites to illegally acquire copyrighted works, I have no interest in my writing being used to train generative AI models without any compensation to me.

I'll be opting out, of course, and there's nothing I can do about reblogged material, but I won't be putting anything new on here.

Absolutely gorgeous work from Grave as usual oh my god... I wanted to get a depiction of our campaign's Strahd in half-transformation into his personal Form of Dread, specifically during the Blood Moon (a month we've reached in our late-stage campaign that's making all the vampires and werewolves more monstrous and prone to succumbing to their natures). Strahd is getting more and more unhinged lately so... Here he is!
