It is a powerful card, within in (at least in the rider-waite deck) are symbols of the four elements (earth, air, fire, water) as well as an infinity symbol that shows the divinity and the timelessness of the craft. It can symbolize that your vision is coming to fruition, that what you have been desiring (good or evil) is in the works. Reversed it can mean that you have hopes and dreams but they can’t or won’t manifest at this time. This could be due to an energy blockage, bad timing, or simply because you haven’t set your intent.
