The Importance of Nature

As we own several sources of entertainment, we need a source that indicates our feelings. It doesn’t necessarily have to be positive, but it can include negativity, motivation/ inspiration, anger, etc. That source is precious since it’s not hand-made, but naturally appearing. It goes by the name of nature. It is the scenery with hidden desire in it. Feelings can only be explained by a certain range of words. At some point in our life, we’ll recognize that words can’t explain what we are going through. That is why people started to use other sources, such as art, physical movement (dancing) and hand signs to communicate their emotions to others who are incapable of understanding. One of those sources is nature, which is what I’ll talk about mainly today.

The literal definition of nature is the physical world including plants, animals, landscapes and many other earth features. Though nature is way more than that, every part of nature, whether it differs from other types or not, can always make you feel something by its view, sound, and sometimes even its smell! The natural scenery of plants rising could be mesmerising, the feeling of sand and water between your toes, or the slightly moist texture of grass. All of that contact with nature could send relaxation to your trigger. The colliding of shapes and colours can open paths to memories. It can even feel similar to a certain emotion you’ve been feeling and calm down any negativity within you.

Psychologically proven, nature lowers your blood pressure (if you feel safe) and reduces negative emotions and puts your thinking in the right path. This is also considered one of the reasons why a dose of nature should be consumed every once in a while – it’s a way of keeping your mental state in a healthy place. While giving new ideas and inspiration, it helps one think straight, receiving new, good ideas. If you are looking for creativity, nature could be a good source to get ideas from.

In scientific terms, plants produce oxygen for us and the outside sun provides us with vitamin D. Nature also reduces your heart rate and muscle tension. There are even studies stating that nature can help you be more alert towards things and give a way more positive outlook to life. It may sound simple but a dose of nature every week or while could change you as a person physically and psychologically.

Description of nature is incredible, the beauty of those simple sounds and light reflections could really glimmer your pupils. The colour mixtures naturally appearing attracts your sight and treats your heartbeat. Nature is not only medicine to heal you as a soul, but it’s also the reality hidden next to urban areas where it isn’t easy to find the beauty of nature at your sight by glimpse.

Summary:

Nature is considerably known as features of the physical world including plants, animals, and landscapes.
