This 1976 Honda CB400F is powered by a 408cc inline-four mated to a six-speed transmission and finished in yellow with black side covers and chrome fenders. Equipment includes a four-into-one exhaust system, 18″ wire-spoke wheels, a two-up seat, a front disc brake, and a locking fuel cap. The bike was acquired by the selling dealer in 2011 following five years with its previous owner in Florida. A carburetor cleaning was carried out in 2021. This CB400F is offered at no reserve with a clean Florida title.
The fuel tank is finished in yellow, while the side covers are black and the fenders are chrome. The bike features a two-up seat with chrome conchos, a passenger grab strap, and a rear lip as well as both center and side stands, a chrome locking fuel cap, and a chrome chain guard.
Chrome 18″ wire-spoke wheels wear Bridgestone Spitfire tires measuring 100/90 front and 110/90 rear. Suspension consists of a conventional fork as well as dual chrome shocks mounted to the swingarm. Braking is from a single disc up front and a drum in the rear.
Instrumentation includes a 130-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 10k-rpm redline, a central indicator cluster, and a five-digit odometer showing 3k miles, 50 of which have been ridden by the selling dealer.
The air-cooled 408cc SOHC inline-four produced 37 horsepower when new and drives the rear wheel through a six-speed transmission. Induction is from four Keihin carburetors, and the four-into-one exhaust system exits on the right. A carburetor cleaning was performed in 2021.
